  1. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
    Of course! We simply ask that you send your unused purchase back within 14 days of the receipt, in the original packaging with all the tags still attached. For more details check out our returns policy
  2. What if my bag is defective?
  3. If you’re seeking to return an item because you consider it to be defective, please follow the same steps as a traditional return.
  4. Do you deliver internationally?Yes, we do! Shipping costs are dependent on which country so please contact us to find out.

  6. How long will my order take?
    All standard UK orders are sent via the Evri Track & Trace Service and will be delivered to you within 2 - 5 working days.
  7. Are the bags animal-friendly? Are they vegan? Are they ethically produced?
    Yes! Himawari bags takes pride in all of our products being animal-friendly and vegan.
  8. How do I wash my bag?
    The best way to clean up your Himawari bag is to use a simple sponge. 

  9. Are all the bags weather resistant?
    Yes, all Himawari bags are weather resistant and durable. All your belongings are safe and sound from wind, rain, or sun.
  10. Are these bags for men or women?
    All of Himawari products are unisex - designed for anyone and everyone. With all different styles, sizes, and colours there is sure to be a perfect bag for anyone no matter gender or age!
  11. What if the colour or style I want is out of stock?
