Shipping & Refund Policy

Delivery

All standard UK orders are sent via the Evri or Royal Mail and will be with you within 2–5 working days, however at busy periods it may take a little longer for your delivery to arrive. 

Returns information

Within 30 days of receiving your Himawari purchase, simply send back the item/s that you want to return and we will replace them or refund the amount you paid for the item.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us unless the return is for defective or wrong dispatched items.

We only accept returns purchased directly from this website, himwaribags.co.uk. Himawari Bags is only responsible for exchanges, defective bags, and returns purchased from our website. All products purchased elsewhere must be taken back to the original point of purchase. 

All Himawari products may be returned or exchanged. We ask that you send your unused purchase back within 30 days of the receipt, in the original packaging with all of the tags still attached. 

In the case of Christmas we will extend returns and exchanges till the end of January.
