I was very excited when I ordered my item in December. Bag arrived and it was the wrong colour. Spoke to the customer service and was told sorry for the mistake which is fine as mistake can happened. The person who was dealing my complaint said will send the right bag on the 20th of December. Its now 2nd of January and the bag still hasnt arrived. I understand there will be delays due to holidays but if the bag was sent on time, it would have arrived prior to Christmas which when I needed the bag. Fair enough I was offered 20% on my next order but I doubt that 20% is sufficient with the stress and inconvinience caused by this company.
Its a shame as I love the style of their bags.

Laptop backpack material & ergonomics
High quality waterproof scratch-resistant Nylon (but not completely waterproof) & Leather Decoration & Smooth Metal Zipper. Mainly made of Nylon Fabric, it's durable and breathable. Soft shoulder straps provided a good shoulder protection.
It can be use it as a handbag by the top handle when you don't want to carry it on the back. The padded and adjustable shoulder straps and back for extra comfort. The extended straps can be buckled so that the straps will not loosen. Dual padded, reinforced, adjustable shoulder straps provide optimum comfort and fit snuggly around your shoulders.
Huge size with many compartments
14.9" x 11.1 x 5.9" inches (L*H*W); 16.5 Liters. Weight: 0.68KG. Laptop compartment fits laptops up to 13 inches (measuring by screen length) and depth of 1" or less. Can used as school backpack, hiking daypack, travel bag, work bag, etc
